聯名法律代表：夫妻或伴侶的互惠遺囑或鏡子遺囑
在多種情況下，夫妻或伴侶可以簽署聯名法律代表，並共同與律師辦理互惠遺囑或鏡子遺囑。互惠遺囑或鏡子遺囑細節大致相似，目的都是將配偶或伴侶的資產傳給另一方。
律師有職責保密及公平地辦理各方要求。然而，律師必須透露雙方意願及分歧。換句話說，有意辦理互惠遺囑的伴侶應該互相信任。

假如雙方決定結束夫妻或伴侶關係，並且有意更改或取消互惠遺囑或鏡子遺囑條項，原先律師會建議雙方徵求個人法律代表，以保障個人公平對待及避免在辦理個人遺囑時出現利益衝突。

請注意，安省法例沒有聯名遺囑。每個人必須辦理個人遺囑。
